The organized, detailed, compassionate, and highly motivated person in this full-time position plays an important role in the success of Family Promise of Grand Rapids. This person will be responsible for the execution of the Annual Fund Plan including donor relations, donor database management monthly reporting, and grant management ensuring the organization is financially sustainable to do the important work of its mission.
Knowledge and skills needed for this role include experience in basic fundraising strategies with the ability to establish and execute plans for the Annual Fund for the organization. They will have the ability cultivate relationships as well as research, write and report on all grants as well as understand and strategically use data. Possessing strong writing and communication skills in needed in this role. In addition, this individual will need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be detail and goal orientated, have a passion for mission, prioritize team over self, and be someone who can work in a diverse environment.

Full Time, non-exempt position. Approximately 40 hours per week. Reports to the Vice President of Advancement.
